Executive Coach

What’s your WHY?

Why do you do the things you do? Or maybe the question is, why aren’t you doing them? What’s standing in the way of your definition of success?

As executives, we have many people relying on us (the understatement of the year, right?). Our being healthy and productive serves our organizations, our families, our friends, any non-profits, or board positions we hold, and the list goes on. You want to do your best for them – that means taking care of you.

Coaching is the support you need to be your highest and best self. It gives you the space to be heard and the opportunity to explore options, goals, and ideas. It helps you figure out what you want – which may look very different from the goals you set for yourself in college, or even last week – and how to align with that. It also gives you the strategies to get yourself back to that highest and best when you get derailed.

The coaching relationship is established with the understanding that you are perfect, just the way you are. There is nothing that needs to be fixed – we are working on strategies to help you define your highest and best, and ways to stay in alignment with that. While I am a trained life coach with membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an NLP practitioner, I am not a therapist or a psychologist.

The JT Nelson Communications Difference –

About the owner, Julie Tarleton Nelson.

I have been in the marketing industry for nearly 20 years, initially on internal corporate marketing teams, and, for the better part of the last decade, as a consultant.

I am also a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with International Coach Federation membership. Together, these skill sets create a powerful combination designed to take your organization to the next level – making the sky the limit.

Integrity is my first priority

My clients can trust that we will set realistic, measurable goals, and that we will work toward those goals. We will develop a strategic plan that will be unique to your organization and its needs.

We will check in with those goals regularly. If our strategy is not working, we will adjust it so that our efforts equal the desired results.

The JT Nelson Communications, LLC Mission

Using the powerful tools of marketing & public relations implementation, strategic growth consulting, and executive coaching, I will positively impact the growth of organizations and the people they serve. In other words, our efforts will enable our clients to do more of what they are passionate about.

The ripple effect being businesses are more profitable, non-profits are serving more, families are more prosperous, communities growing, and, ultimately, we have an impact in making the world a better place.
